才智是个体重要的发展资本，而以智力可变性认知为核心的能力内隐理论也有其附加价值。本文探讨能力内隐观对幸福感的作用及其受内卷度影响的模式。结果发现，内卷度改变了能力内隐观对幸福感的影响方向或程度，具体表现为内卷改变了固化观对生活满意度和积极情感的作用方向，部分将其消极作用转变为积极作用；内卷还部分弱化了成长观对生活满意度和积极情感的作用程度。在消极情感方面，内卷呈现积极的抵御作用。这些研究结果启示，适度内卷有利于获得幸福感，除非内卷度过高，对大多数人而言，改变对自己聪明才智的看法、塑造更具韧性的发展观更具有适应性。<<

Abstract

The implicit intelligence theory has an additional effect on individual development that surpasses actual intelligence. This study investigated the influence of implicit intelligence theory on subjective well-being，and the strength of this correlation can be explained by involution. The results showed that the involution changed the direction or extent the influence of implicit theory on subject well-being，specifically，the involution changed the effect direction of the fixed mindset on life satisfaction and positive emotion. For medium and low level of involution，the negative effects of fixed mindset turned into positive；The involution also partially weakens the influence of growth mentality on life satisfaction and positive emotions. As far as negative emotions are concerned，the effect of evolution is always positive. These findings indicate that involution regulates the relationship between mentality and happiness. Unless the involution is too high，for most people，it is more adaptive to change one’s own views of intelligence and build a more resilient outlook on development.
