提升民众奋斗进取精神对推动中国式现代化建设具有重要意义。本研究分析了当前民众的奋斗信念和发展信心的特点，以及相关的社会心态因素。对2022年中国社会心态调查6168名居民数据的分析发现：①多数民众持有勤奋有回报的奋斗信念，对个人和国家的未来发展比较有信心，但奋斗信念和信心都存在年龄、受教育程度和收入上的差异。②阶层固化感知会减弱奋斗信念和信心，向上流动机会感知、社会公平感和生命意义感可以增强人们的奋斗信念，提升人们对未来发展的信心。

Abstract

Improving the spirit of struggle and enterprising is of great significance to promote Chinese modernization. The current study analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of people’s struggle belief and confidence in future development，as well as related social mentality factors. The data of 6，168 residents in the 2022 Social Mentality Survey were analyzed and the results showed that：（1）Most people believe in the belief that hard work pays off，and they are confident in the future development of individuals and the country. There are differences in age，education level and income. （2）The perception of hierarchical solidification will weaken the belief and confidence in struggle，while the perception of upward social mobility，social fairness and meaning in life can strengthen people’s belief in struggle and enhance people’s confidence in future development.
